La Belle-Angerie

La Belle-Angerie was originally a 19th century farmhouse with its historical 60cm. stone walls. It has been totally transformed to the highest standards in 1985, and ever since then it has been regularly refurbished and has always been impeccably main-tained. It is easily reached from the main road yet set in an absolutely quiet environment. The surrounding fields and the whole area have been classified since set within the range of drainage of the natural Evian waters.

The house is equipped with security systems on all windows and doors. Inside, the large ground floor living area is organised around the impressive fire place, while as on the first floor, the more private second living room, with its library and it’s own fireplace allows for family activities. The kitchen is totally equipped and opens by large glass doors to the garden; it is big enough to fit a large dining table and is directly linked to the scullery, laundry and wine cellar. The dining room, also opening to the garden, will allow you to entertain in style. The master-bedroom en-suite is totally private. There are three other very nice bedrooms one which en-suite. On the upper level, the fully equipped gym with sauna opens to a superb view of the lake of Geneva.
